John serves as an outside Director of Bryden-Abrams and as an advisor on the consumer and technology sectors, as well as the high-yield corporate bond market.
From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Abrams constructed and managed fixed income and equity portfolios for high net worth clients at Morgan Stanley. His particular area of expertise is generating high current income for clients using a blend of various credit issues as well as covered call option writing on equity holdings. This strategy outperformed the S&P index through the end of the bear market in 2003 and beyond by limiting equity market exposure during prolonged corrections and benefiting from the narrowing of credit spreads.
Mr. Abrams graduated Fordham University Cum Laude in 2000 with a B.A. in Business Administration
